Have Fun!- Working out doesn’t have to be like boot camp, make it fun.  There are a lot of activities that are enjoyable and that burn a high number of calories.  Try mixing up your workout routine so that it doesn’t get boring.  Here are a few ideas for a fun workout.

  • Walk your dog
