Workout @ Work
Its not uncommon in todays society for one to work 40+ hours a week. With all the tasks life gives us who has time for regularly scheduled exercise. Between work, family, school, and friends we barely have time to even sleep.
So if you can’t fit exercise into your schedule , then get it on the job. There are numerous ways to burn extra calorie while at work. It doesn’t matter if you work at a desk or if your a personal trainer, below are some simple steps to burn more calories while at work.
Walk to Work- If you live close to your job think about ditching the bus or your car and walk. If you don’t live within walking distance than try and park farther away and walk from there.
Fire Exists- They’re there for a reason. If you haven’t figured it out yet, I’m talking about the stairs. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. This is a great way to tone your calfs, thighs, and butt
“Say it”- Walk to a co-workers desk instead of emailing or calling.
Power Lunch- Power walk during your break to get your lunch. If you brought your lunch make sure that you leave your desk for at least 10 minutes and get a brief walk in.
