Thick N Fit is a blog edicated to improving the lives of minority women through fitness and health education.
Thick N Fit aims to provide useful health information that is applicable to minority women’s lives by incorporating cultural aspects in all areas of fitness. By providing a cultural approach to fitness and health, we believe that living a healthy lifestyle will become more attainable to the minority woman and her family.
Mission: To be an influential source for minority women to utilize to help adopt healthy habits to live by.
Vision: Our vision is to help decrease the health disparities that currently exist amongst minority women by providing culturally conscious health and fitness information to this population. We aim to reduce stigmas associated with healthy lifestyles and to improve the overall perception of what it means to be fit.
